You will have 24-hour access to pick up and drop off your vehicle. Our office hours are between 9am and 2pm Monday through Friday.
How does the Valet Service work?
Drop Off:
Upon completion of your RV, boat, trailer and auto storage sign-up (via the jaxstoragesolutions.com website) you will create your own security code. This code will provide you instant entrance accessibility to our very secure drop off and staging area. Furthermore, usage of our dump station, wash down area, freshwater fill up and air air station for your tires. Upon arrival, simply park your vehicle in the drop off area. By using your gate code to drop off your vehicle, our staff is then alerted that there is a drop off waiting to be pulled into our facility, and out of the elements. They will then be on their way to put her away and get her tucked in until you are ready for your next adventure.
Pick Up:
When your getting ready for your next outing all you need to do is schedule a time for your pick up To so this simply go to www.jaxstoragesolutions.com and click the link on the menu that says Schedule Pick Up. This will take you to our scheduling system. This is where you will schedule all future pickups. In the future, when you’re planning to pick up your baby, simply select the date and time in which you would like your vehicle pulled out and ready to be picked up. We will then have it pulled out and placed in our picku up staging area - when ready you will receive an email or text confirming that you’re ready to go!
When am I able to access my vehicle?
You have 24/7 access to pick up or drop off your vehicle.
- Please note that we move vehicles to the staging areas during normal business hours. Therefore, a minimum of 24-hour advanced notice is recommended to insure we have enough time to have her ready for you.
