What are your office hours?
You will have 24-hour access to pick up and drop off your vehicle. Our office is open between 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday.
How does the Valet Service work?
Drop Off
You can drop off your RV / Vehicle 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Simply drop it off into the secure “staging area”. You will have coded access to the yard upon sign up for our storage solutions. When you use your code to gain access to these areas it alerts our staff will be notified that a drop off is waiting to be pulled into our facility an. They will be on their way to put her away and get her tucked in until you are ready for your next adventure.
Sign-up effortlessly via the jaxstoragesolutions.com website. You will be sent a confirmation email containing the security code that will gain you instant access to our very secure drop off and staging area. This will also give you access our dump station, wash down area, freshwater fill and air for your tires. Our “staging area” is fully fenced and fully lighted with video recorded surveillance and as previously mentioned, a coded access electronic gate.
Pick Up
When you’re planning to pick up your baby, simply choose the date and time you would like it pulled out and ready for pick up. We will then have it pulled out and placed in our staging area. To have your recreational vehicle moved out to our service “staging area” from the indoor RV and Boat storage facility, please schedule your desired pick-up time through our online booking system. Simply visit www.jaxsoragesolutions.com and click the link on the menu that says Schedule Pick Up. This will take you to our scheduling system. This is where you will schedule all future pickups. When it's ready you will receive an email or text letting you know you’re ready to go.
How to Cancel ☹
When the time comes that you no longer need our services, go to our Contact Us page to submit your 30-day notice. Please let us know the date you will be vacating as well as why you are leaving us. We will take it from there.
When am I able to access my vehicle?
You have 24/7 access to pick up or drop off your vehicle.
- Please note that we move vehicles to the staging areas during normal business hours. Therefore, a minimum of 24-hour advanced notice is recommended to insure we have enough time to have her ready for you.
